Summary of The Big Week

SWIM: 3 hrs and 7500 yards, 2 swims
BIKE: 8:45 hrs and 144.4 miles, 3 bikes
RUN: 6:55 hrs and 36 miles, 4 runs

This was it!!  It totaled 19 hrs and 40 mins. It also had 19 miles of bike commuting in 1hr (I didn't count all the time as "training") that was used to extend the high quality workouts on the bike while saving time. If I were to add the commuting time, I'd hit 20hrs!

WOW! I feel great. For IM CDA this weekend was Triple T. I came back from that race wiped out and didn't really recover from it for CDA. This so far is going better.

What are my goals for the next 30-some days?
1. Get consistent on the swim and get more 4000+y sessions in.
2. Finish a few more century-like rides, including a 120 miler.
3. Keep it rolling for the run, it would be so easy and so unnecessary to over-do the run.
4. Trust the taper and rest in the next few weeks!!
