Thurday run +8 minutes

RUN: 6.6 miles in 62 mins
BIKE: 20.6 miles in 75 mins, 3x12 mins at 80-85%
BIKE COMMUTE: 6.4 miles

I knew within a mile that the run wasn't going to be like the previous weeks. I told LC  that I might cut short or slow down, and by the time we reached Skinker I was already falling off the back.

As much as I hate to, I didn't keep up today. But I'm OK with it. There's no benefit to pushing it right now with all this fatigue. I won't be faster at Redman by running faster today. Besides, this even isn't my main workout of the day.

The bike is! Problem is, I didn't have it in me to hit the effort level. I did what I could. This is really a sign--I need to start watching my energy levels, injury, and rest.
