SWIM 1000y in 30 mins
The swim was squeezed in before with, I rode with DH and the plan was to fix Puppy's flat and ride home. So while I was stuck with his morning schedule, it worked best for me because otherwise I wouldn't have swum today. Swum? Swam? Whatever.
I kept it simple: 5x200. 200 swim. 200 pull. 200 pull with paddles. 200 bilateral. Something like that. The pool was super empty and quiet.
At work the rest of the day I was a fuzz brain. Dropping things, doing things out of order, unfocused, addle-brained, you name it. My brain is turned OFF.
And I still have to ride home....
