SWIM: 2300y in 67 mins, fly day
BIKE: 18 miles in 60 mins, 2x20min HR goal 115-125
The moon was pretty this morning! Couldn't get a picture of it though. But it was just covered by clouds and left a pretty silver glow visible for a few mins... :)
Today was fly day, BE and I shared lane 8 and I think we got the remedial workout? Other lanes did 3800! BE and I did a 5x100 with paddles set that I don't think the others did.
Today's swim issues--still not getting sweep arm under me towards the bottom of the pool.
Today's ride was a focus on focus ride. I picked a heart rate that had me working but not overworked, I'm guessing a high Z2 for indoor work? It's hard for me to get my HR up on the trainer.
