Thought finding mints would be helpful. Not yet anyway.

BIKE COMMUTE total 15 miles
STRENGTH 1 hr

Wonderfully cool day, started out cloudy and 78F! Feels a bit of a waste to sleep in but I needed it. If waiting until 530 really counts as sleeping in.

Took a scoby to JG today. During warmup he asked about Whole30, and the rest of the session was nutrition -- paleo vs SAD vs W30 etc. Lots of talking, maybe too much! It wasn't a terribly hard or inspired workout.

Stopped by Walgreen's to get a prescription, and while there looked into whether they sold my new favorite mints like the website said. And they did! Not only peppermint and cotton candy, but a bucket of assorted?! OMG, I almost bought these online! SCORE!

Or so I thought. Of course, I couldn't wait to try one of my flavors and this was distracting. I'm biking home and fighting the stupid urge to pull over and get another out of the bucket. I get home (without stopping) and munch a few more, probably a total of 6. So that's much sugar, but it was HOW I was craving the sugar. Driven to distraction over it!

The rest of the morning I was distracted, discombobulated, unfocused, clumsy. What causes this?! Can't be the sugar, so I think it's the MENTAL effect of it. Hours later I'm still trying to work myself out of this hole.

In other shopping, I ordered my June Reward this morning -- a yellow Sparkle Skirt! Also this week bought a new RoadID band (other broke) and two more pairs of the Adrenaline 15's. Found them for $78. New 16's are $120 each, got these two for total of $155.
