Lazy Day at Jury Duty

BIKE COMMUTE 7 miles to downtown

Oh what a lazy day. I walked 2 miles at lunch, walked the dog about 3.7 miles, took the short 3-flights of stairs 3 times...but in the end I had to sit/stand for most of the day. So why am I so tired?!
