DAY OFF
COMMUTE I think I commuted...
Writing this a few days later. I was beyond tired so I skipped my swim. I just needed the time at work and the rest, so I could focus on the last long weekend. No excuses here, this was reasoned.
Had an aura today, the first in a long time! And had some pain in my right foot, along the side in front of the ankle. Felt it most when I clipped out of the bike (so I guess I did commute!) and when I rotated my ankle to stretch it.
Horribly fuzzy, but moving and awake. And my weight is down more, hopefully just from dehydration that started yesterday.
