Too Tired

BIKE about 70 mins and 20 miles?
RUN about 40 mins and 4.5 miles

The theme for this week will be recovery and fatigue, I guess, because that is all that I have on my barely functioning brain.

I was supposed to ride outdoors, but I honestly didn't trust myself out there. I just wasn't focused. The run was later in the day when it was 88F out and HOT. I drug myself through it thinking I'd feel better afterwards. The only thing that felt better was being able to say I did it.

Last night I saw TheCW! Things I took away from it: She said Go For It, Train The Brain, and spoke about learning her limits as she progressed in the sport (and not knowing them ahead of time). She's a wonderful inspiration!!
