Over threshold and over time

BIKE: 90 mins and 26 miles, indoors.

This is the anaerobic threshold workout I was supposed to do last week. But it was only 50 mins long:
5min WU, 10 min at IMpace or 75%, 4x[3mins 85%, 1 min all out, 1 min recovery], 10 min IMpace, 5 min CD.

In the end, I did 6 intervals. In about the 4th one my breakfast was threatening to come back up :) Awesome.

Watched the beginning 3/4ths of E.T., that movie about a kid who rides a bike!
