SWIM: Maybe....but not likely.
I was supposed to run long today and swim, but I'm still not recovered so I moved the long run to tomorrow. Then I can run with the group!!
Woke up today to light rain and more fatigue, but definitely improved from yesterday. Last night after work I was worthless and crashed on the couch. When I went to bed, a spot on the top/lateral side of my right ankle hurt when I pointed my toe. Also yesterday the palm-side middle finger knuckle had a painful knot in it.
Today, it hurts to turn or lean my head to the right. There is a knot/tight spot in my back/shoulder that feels like it just needs to be worked out. It has me doubting the benefit of swimming tonight.
In IMWI I had aches and pains that would come and go, in and out. The finger and ankle are OK today, we'll have to see what the neck does later.
