I was referring not to the workouts in the subject line, but rather what I registered for today:
Double Chubb 50K trail race April 17
Savageman 100.0 triathlon Sept 17-18
I'm going to hold off on the Triple T registration, I don't want to overdo it on the first day of the year!
Yikes.
I'm also signed up for the Pigman Tri in August. Training for that starts Jan 17th--the EN HIM plan from 2008 will be recycled for this. Unless I start training with PS. I'm too busy with the FBR (on Jan 15th!) to think about coaching. And isn't just perfect that the plan starts days after the race?!? A sign!
So the run today was the first "official" training run for the DC race. A whole 4.1 miles.
