The usual Double

BIKE: ~20miles in 70 mins. 3x15mins at 75%
RUN: 4.24mi in 38 mins, ave pace was about 9 m/m, but I also did some pick-ups--quick accelerations over short distances to get HR up and then let it recover again.

There is an direct correlation between how much I write here and how much free time I have.
