Monday Master's II

SWIM: 2500y in ~67 mins. Workout called out was along the lines of 600WU, 7x100 kicks, 5x350y intervals. That adds up to about 3000y, so I wasn't terribly far off this round. Felt much better today, even though I was still being pushed into the wall (by waves) and being passed by the others. At one point, one of my 3 lanemates bypassed me by skipping the wall touch. I got so mad at his assumption that I took off after him and managed to keep touching his toes for the next 50y. I'm too slow for ya, eh? How do my little fingers feel when I catch up to you and signal for passing, huh? Huh?! LOL, much better swim this morning!

I'm terribly fatigued but more alert than last week. I'm more affected by the time change. I got in the truck this morning to find the clock saying 3:50, a sharp reminder of just how early it was! (And to update the time in the truck).
