So far, so good this week

RUN 4 miles in 40 mins
COMMUTE 6.4 miles

OK so it's only the first run of the week, but so far so good. Did it hurt? Yes. Is it done? Yuppers!

How does tomorrow look for the 12 miler? Good, but be open to modification.

I forgot to mention that yesterday it was close to 80F! Wonderful ride home, aside from every bump hitting in my back.  Also forgot to mention that on Sunday I ran in shorts and t-shirt!

Not so today, knickers and long sleeve. Really windy from the north but it's in the 50's for the day. I'm hoping this wind blows me home too, cuz my ride inbound had a strong headwind.

Stuck to my script for the morning and got to work by goal time. I'm learning about Implementation Intentions and Goal Intentions, how they work together, or more specifically I-I is used to achieve G-I. Turns out the I-I is my scripting, something I started last year. I think I started in response to stress? But I'm using it now to keep myself to schedule, get stuff done, and not waste time. I hate finishing up a day and realizing I didn't take time to pet the dog or sit on the patio to enjoy some down time. Instead, my down time has been staring at a screen! Speaking of which.... BYE!
