Goals with this injury

BIKE 45-50 mins, 13 miles indoors
COMMUTE 6.4 miles

My goals for this week are to keep it in control, don't run myself into a worse injury, and just do what I can. I really hope to do the long runs this weekend, at least the 28. Even if I have to walk all or most of it.
