Struggling a bit still

BIKE: 70 mins about 18 miles

Believe it or not, I did this one indoors. In June. In sunny weather! I was going to do the TT but an injury working on the house did me in. Not only did I miss the TT, but I'm going to miss swimming the rest of the week as well. Sadly, this will make for 2 weeks without swimming. Maybe by the weekend I'll be healed over enough to go.

So I threw the Bird on the trainer and did 2x15 at 75%+. It was more of a struggle for concentration. My feet are still hurting as well, so I focused on good form to see if poor form was the source of the pain. Right now, they feel bruised. So more time and good care should improve things, but at the same time I think the Mavics need to be readjusted.

I was awful tired today, struggling to stay focused and on task. That is what contributed to the injury.
