Made the best of it, ellitical!

ELLIPTICAL 30 mins and whatever distance
SWIM 30 mins and 1100 yards as 4x [200F/50K]
BIKE COMMUTE 9.5 miles
RUN ...?? Planning on it.

Alarm was set for 5:15 but the dog went off at 4:38 and I decided to stay up and benefit the extra time. But then I still didn't leave for the gym until 6am? Goldfish style, I just filled the time. Doing what? I dunno.

Once at the gym, I realized I didn't have my running shorts packed. WTF? I was already wearing top clothing, so I decided to make the best of it and do 20-30 mins elliptical instead. Maybe this is a sign, I shouldn't be running with my left foot feeling what it's feeling? Either way, Boo.

And I swam! Plan was 25 mins but I wrapped up the last 250 set at 28 mins and really couldn't log that uneven of a number. Haha, so two more laps. Feeling slow, but that's OK.

I started at the deep end today, just to be different haha, and in a brief rest at the wall I noted that the large painful bruising on my left IT-band area directly above the right knee had a pebble-like hard lump in it. This really hurts, has for 2-some odd weeks now. The bruising is fading slowly but the pain still there. Hurts to touch, sit on the bed (I sink into the bed and it hits the site), and a few other motions too. I don't see Dr L again until the 28th of Feb, 3 weeks away. Between my back (on the commute yesterday), my left foot, and this lump thing...I've got a list of ills. Ugh.

My first thought when the bruising started on the leg was "what the hell did I walk into?!". I really don't know how I won that bruise. But now this lump, pebble, whatever... now what do I do?

Stopped at Hill Schnucks to get rice cakes and raspberries, couldn't find either so I left. In a non-hungry but now frustrated "want" I went to my Gravious Schnucks and scored not only the rice cakes (raspberries no longer $1, Boo) but also a bunch of sale yogurt.  Eating them more now.

My cholesterol panel came back last night. Total 117, HDL same at 77, TG same at 42, LDL up from 11 to 32. I see the lipids doctor on Friday, but I'm wondering if this means I should stay plant based from now on? See what he says.
