High stress, low carbs

Saturday RUN 7 miles in about 67 mins
Sunday RUN 3 miles in about 29 mins
Tuesday RUN 4.5 miles in about 43 mins, afternoon

Whew what a whirlwind life is right now!

Saturday's run started as a "just go four miles" to a nice longer 7 miler since I was feeling good. I drank some of my water kefir beforehand, to see if that would help as a sugar. Maybe it did!

Sunday was just to hit a back-to-back and burn some energy. It was a low energy run, but I did it.

Tuesday was moved to life problems. Now on to that...

Saturday evening I took Sugar to the emergency clinic. It's now Tuesday, and I'm hoping to pick her up in an hour, so it's been a long couple of days.

On top of that, I've been a busy bee getting the house ready for it's photography on Thursday.

And finally, I seemed to have turned a corner on the SCD. I'm now on day 1 of week 3! My running has improved, my daily energy has as well. The mental fog and irritability is faded, whether that was the lack of caffeine or the low sugar, hard to say.

I've reviewed my carb intake, and it's low! Wow! So I bought more fruit and a kabocha to test. I haven't had a kabocha since last year. I had 200g last night and went to bed with a pained, gassy belly. Then woke up with less than perfect BM. I also had cantaloupe at brekkie, but I don't think that caused the gas and pains. I do think it left a bad taste in my mouth the rest of the day, but an alternative is that I'm in a mild state of ketosis? The internets say <60g a="" and="" carbs="" change="" days.="" does="" equation="" few="" how="" in="" it="" nbsp="" p="" passes="" running="" that="">
So I need to test the canteloupe and kabocha again, separately.
