2nd week low-carb, and NO RUNNING!

RUN ZERO MILES!! ZERO ANYTHING!! (except the temperature)

Many reasons for this. Friday night last week we picked up the kids, and I took Saturday off to be with them. Then Saturday and Sunday we got SNOW and sub-zero temps, there really was no good opportunity to run. There was probably 6" of snow, uncleared on sidewalk and street, and the temps were not encouraging. So BE and I scrubbed the runs Tuesday and Thursday.

As I'm quick-typing this on Sunday, I'm planning to run this afternoon. There are rain clouds on the horizon...

As for the low-carb, I really started to feel it Wednesday. Was what I felt just low carb? Or the stress of the Weds morning custody exchange, the Thursday lost from work with house pictures, and just stress? As of today, I'm still feeling  like I'm worn out and post long run.

86/18    67/12    70/18   63/14  48/12   92/21  

So I'm not seeing a pattern yet. And how accurate are these numbers? I was surprised to see that my fiber before and after the carb change didn't change. I have a theory though. Before I was eating sugar which is fiberless, and fruit. After I was eating more vegetables and no fruit. I expected the fiber number would go up. 

I have more to say today, separate topic and separate post. 

I gotta get my stuff done so I can run! I haven't mentioned it yet, but I have a job interview WEDNESDAY! And I'm supposed to be working on a cover letter.
