A weekend of club events! Started of with my first brick since Redman with JM, which turned out to be the most relaxing ride/run in a long time. The goal was to just get out and enjoy it. That we did. Saturday was volunteering at the GOTR 5K followed by a short ride downtown. Sunday was Crestview swim, Cross races, then a club coordinator meeting. Whew! But as I write this, it's raining, so this might be the last warm weekend for a while.
My swim today was almost my first real swim--not just drilling-- in a long time. I was getting sloppy towards the end, but it felt great throughout. I think I'm ready for my next lesson :-) Problems I'm still focusing on:keeping my arms from crossing over my head, getting my weight on my hand.
